Login Instructions

Log in with your personal Member Number, or for a spouse it will be the Member Number plus “-s1”. Your password by default is your last name, all lowercase. For security reasons, you will be prompted to create a new password upon your first login. Please keep this in a secure place for future logins.

Forgot Your Password?

Have your member number ready. Click the Forgot Password link and enter your member number. For enhanced security you will be asked to answer the security question you set up during the initial login, then you will receive an email with your password.
